With over 25 years of leadership experience in banking, digital payments, telecom, and public-sector innovation, Ghazanfar Ali Khan has led transformative projects nationwide. His expertise spans product development, project management, compliance, distribution networks, and digital strategy.

He is recognized for pioneering initiatives such as:
• Pakistan’s first biometric-based disbursement system for BISP beneficiaries
• Enabling NADRA’s Pakistan Identity project for overseas Pakistanis
• Establishing collaborative ecosystems for G2P digital payment channels
